    At Valley Isle Sport Shooters, we are dedicated to the peaceful,
    responsible ownership of firearms and the enjoyment of recreational
    and match shooting for all disciplines.
    We want to be your shooting home, and welcome new members.
    Please visit the range, inspect our facilities and join us.








    The Club and range are sanctioned by the NRA.
    Club is affiliated with USPSA/IPSC and SASS.

    With this new calendar year come some changes to the Valley Isle Sport Shooters
    Calendar of Activities, as well as an announcement, and inquiry to all members.

    First, Valley Isles Sports Shooters would like to announce the change in the club phone number.
    The new phone number is 269-5543

    Second, Valley Isles Sports Shooters has made some changes to the Calendar of Activities.
    The changes are:
    - Valley Isle Sports Shooters will be offering an NRA Pistol Class in March, May, July, September, and November.
    Please refer to the 2008 Calendar of Events for specific dates and times.

    - Starting in the month of May, Valley Isle Sports Shooters will have an additional Open Day scheduled on the last Saturday of the month from 9 am to noon.

    - Starting in the month of July, Valley Isle Sports Shooters will not have an Open Day scheduled for the first Friday and the fourth Monday of the month.

    Third, Valley Isle Sports Shooters is looking for any member who is interested in being trained as a certified Range Officer or an Assistant for any of the Open Days.
    Any member who is interested, please contact via email at vissc.secretary@hawaiiantel.net or call the club phone at 269-5543.
    We will gladly pass on specific requirements for a certified Range Officer or an Assistant.

    Lastly, Valley Isle Sports Shooters is run by members who volunteer their time, from the Club Officers to the Range Officers on Open Days and for all events put on by Valley Isle Sports Shooters.
    This volunteer time is given in the midst of each volunteer's personal life and when ever possible to keep this club running.
